惡搞刺老二圖案 澳男遭判1年

（中央社記者王怡文雪梨18日專電）昆士蘭省男子羅德與善於刺青的好友酒醉之際，一同慫恿另1名殘障友人刺青，原說好在背上刺上龍虎圖騰，最後卻惡搞刺上男性生殖器官和不雅字句，羅德日前被判刑12個月。
這起惡作劇發生在2010年10月，當天下午23歲的羅德（Christopher William Lord）在24歲自學刺青的布雷迪（Matthew Francis Brady）家中喝酒，後來1名殘障友人也前往布雷迪家中共飲。
3人酒酣耳熱之際，羅德和布雷迪不斷慫恿這名友人刺青，羅德甚至說，自己認識1名女孩，只要這名友人身上有了刺青，女孩就會被吸引和他過夜，以此來說服受害者。
最後受害者終於願意讓布雷迪操刀幫他刺青，並說好在背上刺上陰陽和龍虎的圖騰，於是就在布雷迪家中進行刺青。
但是羅德和布雷迪卻在對方不知情的情況下惡搞，布雷迪偷偷在受害者背上刺上長達40公分的男性陰莖和睪丸圖案，圖案下方還有不雅淫穢的字句。
協助布雷迪進行這場刺青惡作劇的羅德日前俯首認罪，被以蓄意傷害他人身體遭判刑12個月，至於布雷迪則在2011年就被判刑入獄。而這名受害者背上巨大的不雅圖案和字句，則由1名好心的刺青師不收費協助掩蓋。1030218

The charge against a Queensland man accused of tattooing a penis on a mate's back has been upgraded.
Matthew Francis Brady, 21, was charged with assault occasioning bodily harm last month over accusations he tattooed a 40cm-long image of a penis and a crude slogan on the back of Chester Ives, 25.
It's alleged Brady tattooed the lewd image instead of a Yin and Yang symbol and some dragons, as requested by Mr Ives.
Brady appeared in the Ipswich Magistrates Court on Monday, where his charge was upgraded to grievous bodily harm.
He will next appear in court on January 12.
